Nature smarter than it looks

I’d appreciate the opportunity to explain that the reason I personally attacked Egon was that previously he had called me “insane”, “hypocritical” and devoid of human decency. This is exactly what I mean when I say my critics are bullies who can dish it out but can’t take it.

On many occasions Egon has agreed with me and there was no reason for him to get nasty when we had a difference of opinion.

Finally, I’d like to conclude this entire debate on atheism with one simple question: Since nature doesn’t possess intelligence – obviously Egon doesn’t believe in intelligent design! – how could it know what is needed for survival and why would it even care? Incidentally, Egon quoted me way out of context when he said I wrote that unconscious matter could not evolve into intelligence without human intervention. What I wrote was that no “atheist” could explain that. If they take God out of the equation, then how could intelligence evolve before there were humans to intervene?
