It’s astonishing how passionate Dr Frank is about furthering the rights of human females when he is so opposed to furthering the rights of non-human females. He says human females are treated in  “disgusting ways” on many parts of the planet. But can’t the same be said for non-human females, but to a far worse degree? Are any human females on the planet imprisoned in cages and compelled to give birth continuously – like breeding sows? Are any females on the planet forced to give birth each year just so their breast milk can be extracted for profit – like dairy cows? How many human females are sent to a brutal and violent death in a killing factory? More than 25 billion non-human females are subjected to this terrifying death each year. Perhaps if Dr Frank had experienced the agony of giving birth and the love that a mother has for her child he would have a little more compassion for these pitiful females who have done absolutely nothing to deserve this cruel and heartless treatment at the hands of man.

Finally, in response to Somsak Pola’s letter, (“When it comes to the existence of God, I’m amphibious”) one can hardly compare being an atheist or a believer with being a meat-eater. If you’re an atheist or believer you don’t harm anyone. If you are a meat-eater you do.
