Reacting to the Florida high-school shooting that killed 17 people last week, President Trump attacked the FBI for spending too much time investigating possible collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign team in the 2016 election.

President Trump’s shifting of the conversation from the school shooting tragedy has angered many of his countrymen – especially the students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas, Florida, where the killings took place.

Emma Gonzalez, a senior at the school, called President Trump’s words “disgraceful”.

Many of the students are demanding that Congress and the president take action to confront gun violence.

The task is regarded as not impossible, given the fact that thea Republican Party has full control of the White House, the Senate and the House of Representatives.

So far, however, American politicians are showing they have more love for guns than for their own children!
