I recently took a domestic Thai AirAsia flight. As I walked into the plane, I was surprised with what I saw: On every overhead luggage compartment and on the front of the tables were splattered advertisements for women cosmetics.
Admittedly, these did add some spark to the otherwise drab plane, but they were also annoying.
This clearly was just another revenue ploy from the so-called best discount airlines in the world. If this is the future of the airline industry, then I am not all for it.
