The stylish Twist restaurant at Movenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya is delighting meat lovers with a new Friday Night Carvery Roast & Buffet that offers fresh seafood, and western and Asian dishes in addition to the roasts.
The carving station is the place to go for roasted Prime Pork Rib, Leg of Lamb, Farm Chicken, Seabass in Salt Crust and Cantonese Duck while the pasta station has freshly cooked Italian favourites as well as creamy Caesar Salad with Smoked Duck and Smoked Chicken.
Home-made soups set the stage for the timeless flavours of Thai and Western mains, including Roasted Chicken Red Curry with Roasted Pineapple and Braised Beef Cheek Bourguignon. Diners with sweet tooth can also enjoy such delectable desserts as Blueberry Charlotte Mousse and Peanut Butter Mousse with Almond Crumble.
On Saturday, the restaurant also serves a spectacular seafood buffet with an array of different specials including mussels, sweet cockles, oysters, blue crab, white prawn and freshly caught fish prepared using special recipes.
