Two of Dusit Thani Bangkok’s restaurants – The Mayflower and Thien Duong – are celebrating the annual Vegetarian Festival with a range of non-meat dishes on their menus from now until October 29 for both lunch and dinner.
The Mayflower’s vegetarian varieties are available for dim sum, a la carte and set menu options, and include such favourites as Stir-fried assorted nuts in taro nest, Japanese pumpkin with black sesame Chinese plum sauce, bamboo pith and black mushroom soup, fried Shanghai noodles, and more.
Thien Duong meanwhile has vegan-friendly a la carte choices such as vegetarian soup with carrots shitake mushrooms, baby corn, deep fried spring rolls stuffed with yam beans glass noodles and shitake and deep fried Shimeji mushrooms.
