Uno Mas, the fine-dining restaurant on the 54th floor of Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, is offering seven delicious Spanish dishes all this month.



On Monday, guests can tuck into Arroz de Gamba Roja, a traditional Spanish paella from the Mediterranean region cooked with the best red prawns from Palamos for Bt2,800-plus.

On Tuesday Suckling Pig takes the spotlight, roasted Segovia style and served with a selection of sauces for Bt1,350-plus. If you prefer beef, head to the restaurant on Wednesday for Txogitxu Beef, a perfectly charred 1 kg of meat from the Basque country washed down with a bottle of Tempranillo Campo Viejo, Rioja 2014 for Bt5,199-plus..

Thursday features Giga Oysters “Prat Ar Coum”. These fleshy, plump, thick and creamy oysters from Brittany have a sharp, fresh flavour and quality and are priced at Bt145-plus a pop. Seasonal Mediterranean Mussels are on the table on Friday cooked Catalan style for Bt555-plus.

On Saturday, it’s Spanish Suckling Lamb Leg “Choto Lechal” from Castilla y Leon, charcoal grilled in a Josper oven and served with green Mojo sauce, red wine jus and baby potatoes. It’s priced at Bt1,600-plus. The culinary journey wraps on Sunday with Mar I Muntanya, a Surf & Turf delight of Maine lobster, Carabinero red prawns, king crab, Presa pork, Wagyu rib eye all served with a selection of sauces and side dishes, priced at Bt4,400+-plus
