Ryan Cavanagh of ST George Continental Cycling Team from Australia dominated the third stage of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s Cup Tour of Thailand 2019 in Nan on Wednesday.
The Australian timed 5:48:21 hours to win the 199.7km distance which was considred the most challenging stage in the tournament.
He finished 4:49 minutes ahead of Spaniard rider Marcos Garcia while Salvador Guardiola, also from Spain , coming at third in 5:54:14 hours.
Cavanagh also led in the individual general classification with a time of 13:47.15 while Garcia followed at second with 13:52.10 hours.
The fourth stage which covers a distance of 145.50 km will start in Nan and finish in Phayao on Thursday.
