SCG Muangthong United’s international goalkeeper Kawin Thamsatchanan is to join Belgium’s second level league OH Leuven at the end of the month.

The 26-year-old national goalkeeper has been recruited by OHL chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprapha, son of Vichai, chairman of King Power International Group, which owns the Belgian team.

“We’ve observed Kawin for a long time and we believe he has the right qualifications to compete for the team,” Aiyawatt said.

Kawin has been part of a Muangthong team that won the Thai League four times and the Cup League twice.

He also represented Thailand in the 2013 SEA Games and won the gold medal as well as the AFF Suzuki Cup in 2014 and 2016.
