Families booking stays in a suite or villa at the Santiburi Beach Resort and Spa Samui before December 31 can ask for the “Family Matters” deal, by which the children stay and eat for free.

Set amid 36 rai of tropical gardens, the Santiburi is an ideal choice for a luxury family holiday, especially for parents looking to share fun activities with their kids.

Other packages, valid through January 31, include a free stay for one child under 15 for families booking a One-Bedroom Duplex Suite, Deluxe Villa or Grand Deluxe Villa.

Two children can stay with no additional room charges when a two-bedroom Duplex Suite or two-bedroom Grand Deluxe Beachfront Villa with private pool is booked.

Depending on room type, breakfast and free meals are on offer for one or two children dining with their parents at any of the resort’s restaurants.

The hotel has a 50-metre swimming pool, a fully equipped sports centre and a kid’s activity centre, and can arrange eco-friendly water sports such as kayaking, sailing and paddle boarding.

The Santiburi Beach Campus combines fun, family activities with opportunities to learn about topics from Thai cooking to muay thai boxing.

The dining venues include the Vimarnmek breakfast room with its extensive buffet, the Poolside Bar with light meals and pizza, the Beach House with gourmet surf & turf, and the Sala Thai for devotees of authentic Thai cuisine.
