R&B duo SloJoe – “Voice Thailand” Season 2 contestant Nitiphoom “Palm” Phookristsana and Nantharat “Bank” Chuangngam – are about to release their second single, “Ja Mai Mee Wan Plien” (“I’ll Never Change”), a followup to the debut with the rather violent-sounding title, “Prode Long Thod (Krathueb) Chan”.
The new track on the LOVEiS Entertainment label is about uncertain hearts, asking “Is our love still the same?” and “Will our relationship change over time?” Palm said he has his own lover in mind when he co-wrote it with Bank.
“In the first single, I asked my girlfriend for a second chance after I’d made a mistake. This time I’m saying I’m afraid our love won’t be the same, but it’s been a long time and my love has never changed.”

Burin says he’s sorry
Burin Boonvisut has delivered “Khor Thod” on Muzik Move Records, his second single after “Spotlight” launched his comeback following a seven-year hiatus. It’s expected to be on the compilation album “Starlight Express”, coming out next year.
Burin, hailed as “the king of disco”, appears in the music video with Swedish-Thai Miss Universe Thailand 2017 Maria Lynn Ehren, aka Maria Poonlertlarp. Panjapong “Peed” Kongkanoy, director of the romance film “Shambhala”, handled this shoot too, employing a beach, yacht and classic car in Pattaya.
The lyrics, about a man who can’t open his heart to another girl, were co-written with Atom Chanakan and the melody is by bassist Nathan East, with Eric Ferguson as sound engineer and Bernie Grundman doing the mastering.
