A star on the New York jazz club circuit, singer Nancy Harms is now in Bangkok all ready for her month’s residency at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s Living Room.

She will perform at the intimate live jazz venue from September 12 to October 7 at 8.30pm.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Harms moved to New York City in 2010 where she continues to enchant audiences at such iconic venues as Birdland, Smalls Jazz Club, The Kitano and 55 Bar.

She regularly performs in Europe with gigs at the Elgar Room in London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall, top Paris jazz venue, New Morning, and at the 2015 Copenhagen Jazz Festival. In addition to her own CDs, “Dreams in Apartments”, “In the Indigo”, and “Ellington at Night” she appears on albums by Wycliffe Gordon and Jeremy Siskind.

During her much-anticipated residency at The Living Room, she’ll be backed by the Randy Cannon trio featuring Cannon on piano, Willard Dyson on drums and leading bass players, Therdsak Wongvichien (Tuesday and Wednesday) and Alex Sergeenko (Thursday to Saturday).

An entertainment fee of Bt300 per person will be applied. For guests spending Bt1,000 per person at any of the hotel’s dining venues as well as The Living Room, the entertainment fee is waived.
