Multi-platinum rock band Imagine Dragons was in town last weekend, taking the stage at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park last Friday in a private concert organised as part of the latest global marketing partnership between Marriott International and Universal Music Group that launched in 2015.

The partnership aims to mark the flagship brand’s first distinct Marquis designation in Asia Pacific and broaden its business partnership. This exclusive concert series will continue to Dubai to celebrate the opening of the new Renaissance Downtown Hotel in Business Bay. 

Members of the loyalty programme Marriott Rewards, which includes The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and Starwood Preferred Guest, are able to redeem points for once-in-a-lifetime experiences on the Moments platforms that include a VIP band meet-and-greet. 

Imagine Dragons has captured audiences worldwide with chart-topping songs such as “Believer” and enjoys great popularity in Asia, performing to sold-out crowds in Greater China, Japan, Korea and Australia. The band won two American Music Awards for Favourite Alternative Artist, a Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance, five Billboard Music Awards, and a World Music Award.

Fans at home also enjoyed a front row seat experience as several songs were livestreamed globally on Marriott Rewards’ Facebook page. Behind the scenes content was also filmed, showcasing preparation for the concert, including select behind-the-scenes footage of the band that is airing exclusively on digital and social and in-room channels.
