Prepare for plenty of laughter this weekend as Indian comedian Zakir Khan takes the stage of the Westin Grande Sukhumvit Hotel.

The show, which takes place on Sunday (August 27), is brought to Thailand thanks to the efforts of Zee TV and the Comedy Club Bangkok.

Khan won a trophy for the Best Stand-Up Comic of India from Comedy Central and is currently touring with his Amazon Prime special, “Haq Se Single”, leaving audiences begging for more.

A pioneer of storytelling in Indian comedy, his take on modern India will have you nodding and clapping repeatedly, just as it did the 50,000 people who saw him last year at more than 100 shows in clubs, colleges and arenas.

“Our Indian shows were a success from the very beginning and we cannot wait to have Zakir here in Bangkok” says Chris Wegoda, creative director of The Comedy Club Bangkok.

Tickets are priced at Bt900 and Bt2,200 for VIP Platinum package and front row seats. Tables of four will receive a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black label and eight mixers.

Book a seat by calling (098) 854 0410, (062) 735 1151 or email info@ComedyClubBangkok.com.
