A Sa Kaew man was arrested on Tuesday morning while allegedly trying to smuggle 10 Cambodian migrants to Bangkok.

Thaweesak Some-ayu, 42, a resident of Sa Kaew’s Khok Sung district, was arrested after his pickup was stopped by a joint patrol unit of rangers and police on Suwansorn Road in Tambon Ban Dan of Sa Kaew’s Aranyaprathet district at 10am.

Authorities found seven Cambodian men and three women in the pickup, none of whom had travel documents.
