A Myanmar woman had a baby boy inside a taxi in Nonthaburi during rush hour on Tuesday morning, police said.

Lieutenant Phadej Worawongwesarat, deputy traffic inspector of Klong Koi Police Station in Pakkret district, was alerted that a pregnant Myanmar woman needed urgent aid at about 7.30am.

When he arrived at the taxi, which was parked on the roadside on Ratchapruek Road, the woman had partially given birth.
