Hitachi’s “humanoid robot” will make an appearance at innovation events in Bangkok August 16 and 17.
Hitachi will showcase social and digital innovations at the Social Innovation Business at eGovernment Forum 2017 and Digital Social Innovation 2017.
The company’s presentations and demonstrations will showcase solutions that enhance public safety, such as biomedical identification tools that involve a finger vein. Also, video analytics such as Hitachi’s “visualization suite “and “intelligent video analysis system” will be shown.
Means of making transportation smarter will also be explored through Hitachi's data processing technology that ranges from collecting and analyzing data, to providing services based on the analytic results.
Hitachi's smart city initiatives will also be explored alongside real use cases.
And the crowd-pleasing cutting-edge Hitachi humanoid robot will be on exhibit.
In a press release, Hitachi says participation in this event further highlights its commitment to link Thailand’s e-government, public and private sectors through their social innovation business.
This is even more relevant in view of the government’s announcement of “Thailand 4.0", which aims to digitize Thailand through full digital integration of public and private sectors in governmental operations.
The event will be at Centra Government Complex Hotel and Convention Centre in Bangkok.
