Pruksa Real Estate has reported a turnover of Bt38.067 billion in the first nine months of this year, representing 9.8 per cent growth.
Chief executive Piya Prayong credited the increase to nine new condominium projects.
Earnings during the period were Bt30.613 billion, while profits reached 3.716 billion, he said.
From January to September, Pruksa sales in Greater Bangkok topped Bt315 billion, a rise of 18.6 per cent compared to the same period last year.
Construction of the MRT orange, yellow and pink lines has helped boost sales.
This year Pruksa has begun 44 new projects and plans to open 16 more before the year ends, worth a total of Bt55 billion.
New projects worth Bt5 billion are expected to be built in the Eastern Economic Corridor – in Chachoengsao, Chon Buri and Rayong.
