Townhomes target upper-middle families

Listed property firm AP (Thailand) has announced the launch of two townhome developments called “Baan Klang Muang”, in Sathorn-Suksawat and Ladprao-Serithai.



 

 

The company says the developments will pioneer “an innovative new design for future townhome living called Terraria to allow space customisation that will forever change the shape and function of townhomes in Thailand”. 

The projects, valued at Bt2.4 billion, target upper-middle-class urban. The company said it plans to launch another five low-rise projects worth a total of Bt7.7 billion “to close the year 2017 with a bang”.
