Listed developer Raimon Land on Tuesday introduced its newest condominium project, The Lofts Silom, which is valued at Bt3.5 billion.
Chief executive officer Adrian Lee said the luxury real-estate market in Bangkok had matured significantly over recent years.
However, given the current challenging market, Raimon Land has performed consistently and delivered outstanding results, he said, adding that “a large part of our success is attributed to the fact that we have always put our customers’ quality of living as our top-most priority”.
The Lofts Silom, a 37-storey development, is designed to bring nature and the sense of space into the heart of the city, the CEO said.
Living density is being kept low, with the project comprising 268 units and ceiling heights ranging from 3 to 5.6 metres.
Construction of The Lofts Silom is scheduled to commence during the next quarter, with completion expected in 2020, Lee added.
