AD SPENDING 7.15% fall in first two months

Advertising spending in the first two months of this year totalled Bt15.18 billion, representing a drop of 7.15 per cent from Bt16.35 billion in the first two months of 2017, according to a Nielsen report.

Digital TV, radio, cinema, outdoor, and internet media continued to show growth in advertising spending, while falls were recorded for traditional TV channels, cable and satellite channels, newspapers, magazines, transit and in store media. 

Top five advertising spenders in the first two months of this year are TV Direct Sale, Government Savings Banks, Korea King Cooking Pan, Coke Soft Drink, and DTAC Corporate, Nielsen said.
