InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has launched its fourth Holiday Inn Express hotel in Bangkok, with the opening of the 206-room Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Soi Soonvijai.
Clarence Tan, IHG’s chief operating officer, South East Asia and Korea, said: “Holiday Inn Express is one of our fastest-growing hotel brands. This is fuelled by a rising demand from self-sufficient travellers seeking an engaging place to rest, recharge – and get work done.
“We’re excited to expand our select service offering in Bangkok, one of the world’s most-visited cities.”
Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Soi Soonvijai is the sixth Holiday Inn Express to open in the country. With 22 IHG other properties open across Thailand, it is home to the group’s largest number of hotels in Southeast Asia. The group and will continue to expand to include 14 more hotels in the next three to five years.
