Nok Air Plc’s chairman Somchainuk Engtrakul has already stepped down and major shareholders with a combined stake of 40 per cent will discuss the issue of replacement , he said.
THAI will also hold talks with this group of shareholders for solutions to Nok Air's problems.
The THAI board has recently decided to raise Nok Air's capital in the next two to three months.
