Toyota, the largest automaker in Thailand, has launched the redesigned Revo 1-ton pickup truck in an effort to accelerate sales before the year ends.
Toyota is close to losing its leadership in the 1-ton pickup truck market this year, with Isuzu selling 99,328 pickups during the first 9 months of the year compared to Toyota’s 78,087.
Prices range from Bt516,000 to Bt1.199 million, with the trucks coming with a long list of added features. The redesign includes cosmetic changes and options for single and double-cab body styles.
A special Revo ROCCO upgrade kit is also being offered, along with body kits that will give the trucks a distinctive look.
Toyota is expecting a large number of orders for the facelifted truck to be placed at the upcoming Motor Expo later this month at Muangthong Thani.
