Sansiri has launched its latest condominium, dCondo Nen Pra, at Rayong, with a starting price of Bt1.39 million per unit.

The project will be two eight-storeyed buildings with 328 units, worth Bt600 million, on 3 rai. The project is located on Sukhumvit Road of Tambon Nen Pra, Mueang district, Rayong.

TMT Land Co has introduced its latest townhome project - Tanda Park View 2 - worth Bt241 million, on Plarksa Road, Samut Prakan province.

The project will have only 135 units, at a starting price of Bt1.5 million per unit.

The project is designed in modern contemporary style. This is aimed at boosting its presales to Bt300 million this year, the company's managing director, Teerasin Narinsuksanti, said.

Home Citi Development Co is launching its latest condominium project, Miracle Hua-Hin, worth Bt5.6 billion at a starting price of Bt1.79 million per unit.

The project has totally 1,200 units, including condominium and villas. The first phase will be completed in 2014.
