The Confidence Co, a subsidiary of Quality Houses, has introduced The Trust Condo North Pattaya, worth Bt1.2 billion and with a starting price of Bt1.39 million per unit.
The project has 601 units including studio and one-bedroom types with usable space or 23.4 to 32 square metres.
Construction is in progress and will be completed next year.
Townhouses in contemporary style
Pruksa Real Estate has announced a townhouse project, Patio Srinakarin-Rama 9, worth Bt1.27 billion. Its units are priced between Bt3.89 million and Bt5 million.
These three-storey townhouses are designed in a modern contemporary style. There are two designs on offer with usable space of 160 square metres and 190sqm, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Luxury 42-storey project has just 273 units
Quality Houses’ latest luxury condominium, Q Sukhumvit, has starting prices of Bt26.3 million per unit.
The 42-storey building will have only 273 units. The functional space ranges from 92 to 296 square metres, and unit type is from two to four bedrooms. Each unit has a 3-metre ceiling to offer breathability and daylight.
Construction will start this year and be complete in 2018.
Salan’s Saint Residences on 41 floors
Salan Development’s first condominium project, The Saint Residences, offers starting prices of Bt3.5 million per unit.
The 41-storey building will have 1,537 units with one, two or three bedrooms with usable space between 30 and 134 square metres.
Construction will start next quarter and will be complete in 2018.
