Riverside Home Development Co, a joint venture firm between Singapore-based Fraser Property Co and Krungthep Land, is opening for sale units with the best view in its "The Pano" projects, with prices starting at Bt6 million.
The project has succeeded in selling 80 per cent of the Bt6-billion project.
Krungthep Land deputy director for business development Chawintorn Kunakornporamut said the project is now already completed and transferred to customers, while 80 units with the best view are open for booking. Prices range from Bt6 million to Bt100 million per unit. They include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom types, duplex penthouse, and penthouse.
The project also has a villa building that has 52 units, which will open for booking in the next two months.
The Pano has been designed under modern luxury residence style and is located on Rama III Road. The project also got the Emporis fourth best building in the world award in 2011.
Chawintorn said that the residential price has now increased about 20 per cent from pre-sale price when sales opened three years ago. The company aims to sell out the project by the end of this year, he said.
The project has a total of 397 units, separated into 345 units in the 55-storeyed tower, and 52 units in the villa building.
