Thanapat launching townhouse/home office project on Rama III

In response to strong demand for homes in Bangkok's Rama III area, Thanapat Property Development has introduced a townhouse and home-office project, Jade Sathorn-Rama 3, worth about Bt1 billion and with starting prices of Bt12.8 million per unit.

The project will have only 72 units in a four-storey complex to serve the demand for low-rise homes close to the capital's central business districts and easy access to transport.

Thanapat managing director Dolpiwat Preedawipat said this would be the firm's last residential project of the year.

The townhouse units will have three bedrooms and five bathrooms with usable space of 234 square metres, while some of the home-office units have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the same usable space as the townhouses. However, there will also be some home-office units with usable space of 398sqm that offer five bathrooms and four bedrooms, with one of the bedrooms suitable for an older family member, he said.

The project is open to booking.
