Saichon Pattana has launched its latest condominium - the Sync Nature Siam - at Bangkok's soi Kasemsan 3, with units priced from Bt6.69 million apiece.
The project, comprising only 81 units on just over one rai (0.17 hectare) of land, will contain four condo types in an eight-storey building: one-bedroom units with between 44.60 and 58.08 square metres of usable space; two-bedroom units with 65.47-84.13 square metres; three-bedroom units with 91.32-130.75 square metres; and duplexes with 94.38-153.88 square metres.
The project will be open for reservation later this quarter.
Bang Na condos from Apasiri
Apasiri has introduced its latest condominium project, the VIIA 7 Bangna by Apasiri, at a starting price of Bt1.17 million per unit.
The project, which will be completed next year, comprises two eight-storey buildings with a combined 408 condo units for sale.
There are two types: one-bedroom units with between 26 and 38 square metres of usable space, and two-bedroom units with 48 square metres.
Big discount from Number One
Number One Housing is offering a special discount of Bt300,000 until February 28 for home-buyers purchasing a town-home in its i Feel Bangna project, where prices start at Bt3 million apiece.
Each of the modern town-homes will be on three floors, comprising three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The functional design is akin to that of a detached house.
Detached housing on Theparak
Rasika Property has introduced the Villa Nova Teparak detached-housing project, with homes costing from Bt3.88 million.
The project is located on a 58-rai (9.3 hectares) plot on Theparak Km8 in Samut Prakan. It comprises 266 detached houses on average plots of 50 square wah (200 square metres) and each with usable space of at least 119 square metres.
