Supalai Plc introduces its latest single detached house project, Supalai Garden Ville Chiang Mai, with individual prices starting at Bt3 million.

The project – worth a total of Bt1.49 billion – has 345 modern style units with three or four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Bookings open this weekend (August 16-17).
Ninety-Nine Asset offers condos at Hua Mark Road
Ninety-Nine Asset’s upcoming condominium project, the One Plus Srinakarindra, has a starting price of Bt999,000 per unit.
The project is located on Hua Mark road, 300 metres from the new mass transit route Yellow line at Sri Kritha station. 
The project is an eight-storey building of 246 units. The project expects construction to be complete in 2016.
TN Estate plans 78 units for 2016
TN Estate Co Ltd is putting its latest condominium project, T-One Phaholyothin 32, on the market at Bt1.9 million per unit.
The project is designed as an eight-storey building under modern style combining 78 units with a user space of between 27.13 square metres and 40.74 square metres for a one bedroom unit and 54.08 square metres for two bedrooms.
The project target is to be complete by 2016.
Origin building 180 units close to MRT
Origin Property is introducing a condominium project, Notting Hill Tiwanon, with a starting price of Bt1.3 million per unit.
The project, with its eight-storey building and 180 units, is close to the new mass transit route MRT Purple Line and MRT Pink Line. Condominium units include studio type of 23.05-31.70 square metres, one bedroom 30 square metres, and two bedrooms with using space between 34.2 square metres and 57 square metres.
