Supalai housing in Ubon Ratchathani

Supalai has introduced its latest detached-housing project - the Supalai Moda - in Ubon Ratchathani province, with homes priced from Bt3 million.

The Bt950-million project has 218 units in total, with a mix of three- and four-bedroom types depending on the residential design, which has an energy-saving concept.

The project is already open for bookings.

Latest townhouse project from Pruksa

Pruksa Real Estate has introduced the Baan Pruksa 91 Ratchapruk-Tha Num Non townhouse project, in which the units cost from Bt2.39 million apiece.

The project comprises a mix of two- and three-storey townhouses with usable space of 95 and 120 square metres, respectively. Each unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The project has 221 units in total on a 21-rai (3.36 hectares) plot.

AP town-home project open for bookings

AP (Thailand) has introduced the Baan Klang Muang Suksawat town-home project, with a starting price of Bt5.49 million per unit.

The three-storey town-homes have between 162 and 166 square metres of usable space.

There are 328 units in total, and the project is now open for bookings.

Urbanista design from Property Perfect

Property Perfect has introduced its latest detached-housing project - Perfect Place Pattanakarn-Srinakarin - with prices from Bt5.99 million per unit.

The project is designed under the developer's Urbanista Collection, and each of the 145 houses has between 160 and 219 square metres of usable space.

The project is already open for bookings.
