Iris Group Co's latest condominium development, The Iris Bangyai worth Bt1.16 billion, has a starting price of Bt999,000 per unit.
This is one of two projects that it will launch this year.
The Iris Bangyai will have 900 units with usable space between 24.85 and 41.9 square metres. The project will officially open for booking next month, but has already sold about 65 per cent of its units after a soft launch early this year.

Ananda Development’s 27th “Mini Home Show” offers cash back worth Bt30,000 for home-buyers who book residences in one of its three detached-housing projects between now and Sunday at Paradise Park Srinakarin.
The three projects are Atoll Maldives Palm, Atoll Maldives Beach, and Atoll Similan Reef on Bang Na-Suvarnabhumi. They are offer a starting price of Bt2.59 million per unit.

Pruksa Real Estate’s Fuse Mobius Ramkhamhaeng-Klong Ton condos have a starting price of Bt1.8 million.
The project is close to the Airport Link’s Ramkhamhaeng station and features large windows that designed to give the impression of open space, offering a view of the natural surroundings.
The project also boasts a clubhouse, green area, jogging track, and other features.
Houses have 3 designs
SC Asset Corporation’s new detached-housing project, Life Bangkok Boulevard Rama 5, on Tiwanon Road is worth Bt600 million and has a starting price of Bt5 million per unit.
There are three designs of homes, with usable space ranging from 146 to 180 square metres.
The project is close to the MRT Purple Line at the planned Yaek Tiwanon station.
