Sansiri has introduced two detached-housing projects worth Bt3.5 billion combined under the Burasiri brand, in Khon Kaen and Bangkok.
The former project, located in Ban Nong Kot, comprises 124 units worth Bt1 billion at a starting price of Bt6 million apiece.
Meanwhile, the Bt2.5-billion Burasiri project in Bangkok is situated on the Ring Road-On Nuj and comprises 388 units, with prices starting at Bt4.99 million per unit.
Both projects are now open for booking.
Detached housing in Cha-am and Bangkok
SC Asset Corp has introduced its latest detached-housing projects, the Boulevard Tuscany Cha Am-Hua Hin and the Bangkok Boulevard Pinklow-Petchakaseam.
The two projects are together worth Bt2.9 billion and form part of seven residential projects worth Bt10.56 billion scheduled to be launched by the developer this year.
The Boulevard Tuscany Cha Am-Hua Hin offers prices of between Bt7 million and Bt40 million per home, while the Bangkok Boulevard Pinklow-Petchakaseam has a starting price of Bt8 million for the 124 units on an overall plot of 37 rai (5.9 hectares).
Pleno Srinakarin town-homes from AP
AP (Thailand) has introduced the Pleno Srinakarin town-home project, with units costing from Bt2 million apiece.
Each two-storey home is designed in modern-classical style and contains 109 square metres of usable space, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Pleno Srinakarin, which has 280 units on 25 rai of land, is now available for booking.
Wish Signature condo close to Skytrain
Siamnuwat has introduced the Wish Signature @ Midtown Siam condominium, with units costing from Bt3.4 million each.
The condominium, located about 350 metres from Ratchathewi BTS station, comprises 623 units on a 2-rai plot.
There are three unit types: one-, two- and three-bedroom condos, with usable space of between 27 and 92 square metres.
