SC Asset's single detached houses project targets young generation

Life Bangkok Boulevard Rangsit by SC Asset Corporation is designed under modern style and has only 393 units worth a total Bt1.6 billion.

The company's chief operating officer, Kree Dejchai, said the theme of this project is premium single detached house at a starting price of Bt3.99 million per unit. The project is located on Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Road.

"The design and architecture match the lifestyle of the young generation, especially double living room that create privacy for the home-owner," he said.

The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and also has bedrooms on the first floor in the new Bradford series.

"We believe that our product will match with customer demand in this location," he said.

He added that although this location had faced floods in 2011, the demand for residential projects continues to grow, especially for units priced at not more than Bt10 million per unit.
