SC Asset Corporation has introduced two detached-housing projects worth Bt2.03 billion under the Life Bangkok Boulevard brand, on Chaeng Wattana Road and Ring Road-Rama IX.
Life Bangkok Boulevard Chaeng Wattana is on 28 rai (4.5 hectares) and offers units for Bt7 million to Bt10 million.
Life Bangkok Boulevard Ring Road covers 45 rai, and its units are priced between Bt5 million and Bt8 million.
New condos in Hua Hin
Kao Tao Bayview Resort Co has launched Celeste Condominium Hua-Hin Kao Tao, a condominium project worth Bt1.7 billion with prices ranging between Bt2.9 million and Bt23 million per unit.
The project consists of six buildings, three with four storeys and the rest with seven floors. The complex has 321 units in total, with usable space between 39.4 and 120 square metres. The project is open to booking and is scheduled for completion in 2016.
D-Land anniversary offer
D-Land Group Co is celebrating its 12th anniversary with a promotion offering free stays for the first 12 months, gift vouchers for Ikea furniture, and a motorcycle lucky draw for people who buy its residential projects between now and August 31.
Currently, the company has three residential projects under the Baan Dee brand – Setthakit Road, Bang To Rad, and Eakchai Plus. They combine detached houses, townhouses and commercial buildings.
Thanasiri Group’s new detached-housing project, Thana Village Rama 5-Bang Yai, worth Bt265 million, features units starting at Bt2.99 million.
The homes have four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Aviara design has usable space of 157 square metres, while Avia homes have 125sqm.
There are 82 units in the project.
