Pano's Island Villa makes most of Chao Phraya setting

Interior design of lobby at the Pano

Three years after launching its condominium project, The Pano, Krungthep Land has introduced its latest phase - the Bt1.3-billion Island Villa. With their riverside views, its units range in price between Bt16 million and Bt150 million.

The riverbank residences are designed to take advantage of the Chao Phraya River setting, using a modern contemporary style. Eight of the 52 units have their own swimming pool and island area, creating privacy for their owners whether in or out of their rooms.

The architect-designed riverbank residences include features such as a basement room, a balcony, a private island that connects with a reflection pond, duplex living, and three bedrooms. The design is more like a detached house than a condominium.

Meanwhile, interior designing has selected premium-grade features including kitchens from Poggenpohl, and Gaggenau home appliances.

The Pano - designed by the Singapore-based Woha group - received a fourth-place recognition for the best in high-rise buildings conducted by Emporis Awards in 2010.

The 55-storey high-rise condominium project combines 345 units, with 52 units in a low-rise section of between four and eight storeys.
