Olarn named Thailand Trade Representative
Olarn Chaiprawat, former deputy prime minister and incumbent advisor to Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra, has been named Thailand Trade Representative by the Cabinet today.
The appointment would take immediate effect, said Deputy Government Spokesman Anusorn Iamsa-ard.
The Thailand Trade Representative (TTR) acts as a special envoy of the Prime
Minister and is responsible for trade promotion.
