NC Housing has introduced its latest detached-housing project, Baan Fah Piyarom Niva, on Lum Luk Ka Road with prices starting from Bt3.4 million per unit.
The project comprises 290 units on a 32-rai (5.1 hectare) plot.
Each of the detached houses has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with usable space of between 143 and 175 square metres.
Supalai projects close to mass transit
Supalai has introduced two condominium projects worth Bt1.9 billion combined – Supalai City Resort Baring and Supalai Vista Pak Kred – with starting prices of Bt1.9 million and Bt1.47 million per unit, respectively.
The projects are located close to BTS Baring station and the new mass-transit MRT Pink Line from Pak Kred to Suwinthawong, respectively.
They are designed under the energy-saving concept.
Contemporary townhouses from Pruksa
Pruksa Real Estate has introduced its latest townhouse project, Pruksa Lite Lox Srinakarin-Nam Daeng, where prices start at Bt1.89 million per unit.
The townhouse design is in modern contemporary style, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and usable space of between 108 and 119 square metres per unit.
Estate Guru town-homes on Rama II
Estate Guru has introduced the Bt500-million Wizdom Anamai Ngarm Jarearn town-home project on Rama II, with a starting price of Bt3.3 million per unit.
The project, which is located on a 12-rai plot, comprises 120 three-storey, 4-metre-wide town-homes, each with 112-136 square metres of usable space.
Construction commences this month, with completion scheduled for mid-2015.
