KTB Leasing to issue Bt20 billion worth of debentures
KTB Leasing will launch its first shorttenor debt instrument next month, worth Bt10 billion, followed by an additional long term debenture of the same amount, as the company seeks to create massmarket awareness of its brand and products.
Rated "AA-" by Fitch Ratings, the short tenor coupon is expected to offer a return of around 3 per cent. The company will submit a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission in the next two weeks, managing director Pinyawat Chantrakarntanon said yesterday.
