Ideas 1606 offers luxury Cha-am living

Ideas 1606 has introduced its latest luxury condominium and villa project, Veyla Cha-am Residences, which is worth Bt440 million and offers prices ranging from Bt12 million to Bt59 million.

The project consists of two parts - beach-front villas and a low-rise condominium - and is expected to complete in the last quarter of 2015.

The condo buildings will be four storeys high, with one named Veyla Sky and the other Veyla Cloud.

Veyla Sky units come in four room types - three-bedroom Sky Duplex Corner, two-bedroom Sky Duplex Centre, Sky Panorama and two-bedroom Sky Penthouse - with space ranging from 155 to 288 square metres.

The Veyla Cloud building also has four room types - Duplex Corner, Duplex Centre, Panoramic and Penthouse. Every unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering space from 148 to 210 square metres.

U Campus condo close to Rangsit University

Grand Unity Development has introduced the U Campus Rangsit-Muangake condominium, with units costing from Bt1.49 million apiece.

The project - located on 3 rai (0.48 hectare) of land close to Rangsit University - is designed as an eight-storey condominium with two buildings and a combined 448 units.

Units come in two types: one bedroom with overall usable space of between 27 and 44 square metres, and two bedrooms with 50 square metres of total unit space.

Grand Unity expects the project to be completed in 2015.

Luxury town-homes from Land & Houses

Land & Houses will introduce its latest luxury town-home project, the Landmark Ekamai-Ramindra, on January 19 at a starting price of Bt12 million per home.

The project design is for luxury three-storey town-homes, each occupying 21 square wah (84 square metres) of land and providing usable space of at least 172 square metres.

The project also has more facilities to support modern home-owners' lifestyles, including fitness centre, swimming pool and green park.

The architect has used a modern luxury style, with a "moon" roof and an Italian-inspired closet in each town-home.

Modern detached housing from Pruksa

Pruksa Real Estate has launched the Delight Wongwan-Watcharapol detached-housing project, with a starting price of Bt3.7 million per home.

The modern-style houses have usable space of between 135 and 190 square metres and come in two types: three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The project also comprises a clubhouse, fitness centre, park and smart home-security system.
