Energy-saving detached housing from Supalai

Supalai has introduced its latest energy-saving detached-housing project, the Bt1.07-billion Supalai View Ring Road-Lum Luk Ka Klong 5, with homes starting from Bt2 million apiece.

The housing is designed to be energy-saving through the use of “green” construction materials, such as lightweight blocks, green glass, water-saving sanitaryware and energy-saving lamps. 
Each of the homes comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with total usable space of 122 square metres.
The project will open for bookings on June 21-22.
Free built-in furniture for MK ‘Easy Day’ buyers
MK Real Estate is holding a special promotion offering up to Bt250,000 worth of built-in furniture, wallpaper, underground tank and more for buyers at its “Easy Day for Chuan Chun Charan Sanit Wong 3” event on June 28-29.
The Chuan Chun Charan Sanit Wong 3 is a three-storey town-home project located on an overall plot of 23 rai (3.7 hectares). 
The project comprises 195 units designed to have usable space of between 170 and 180 square metres.
Prices start at Bt5 million per unit.
Modern-classical detached homes from Pruksa
Pruksa Real Estate has introduced the Passorn Pride Pinklow-Ring Road detached-housing project, with prices starting from Bt2 million per unit.
There are four types of modern-classical home, with usable space of between 116 and 145 square metres. 
The project, which is landscaped to have a green park, playground and swimming pool, is now open for bookings.
Lumpini Seaview Jomtien ready for occupation soon
LPN Development has introduced the Lumpini Seaview Jomtien condominium, with a starting price of Bt900,000 per 22.5-square-metre unit.
The second phase of the broader Lumpini Park Beach Jomtien project comprises 1,154 units. They have usable space of between 22.5 and 26 square metres for a one-bedroom type, and between 45 and 52 square metres for a combined unit.
The project is open for bookings, and the condos will be ready for occupation in September.
