Apasiri Group, a property developer operating in Nakhon Si Thammarat and other southern provinces, plans to launch 11 projects worth nearly Bt3 billion combined this year.
The biggest of these – The Vintage, worth Bt1.5 billion and located in Nakhon Si Thammarat province.
Another three projects will also be constructed in Nakhon Si Thammarat: CASA town-homes; DTOWN; and ZEN Villa, a detached-housing development.
As the next will be built in Krabi, Trang, Phang-nga. Prachuap Khiri Khan, Mae Hong Son and Bangkok.
Chiang Mai housing from Pruksa
Pruksa Real Estate is introducing two detached-housing projects in Chiang Mai province, the Plant Charoen Muang and the Passorn Pride Charoen Muang – together worth more than Bt1.3 billion.The Bt800-million Plant Charoen Muang has 169 units on a 41-rai (6.5 hectares) plot, with each house containing between 164 and 204 square metres of usable space.Prices start at Bt3.89 million per unit.The Bt514-million Passorn Pride Charoen Muang has 151 units on 26 rai, with each home containing between 121 and 145 square metres of usable space.Prices start at Bt2.79 million per unit.
Sansiri’s special summer campaign
Sansiri has launched a special campaign for the summer, with the “Joy of Hua Hin 2014” offering incentives for customers buying a unit in any of its four condominium projects in the southern resort-town.The four projects – worth Bt3.2 billion in total – are the Summer, the Baan Kun Koey, the Baan Koo Kiang and the Baan San Kraam, and the condos cost from Bt1.89 million apiece.Promotional offers during the campaign include a free transfer fee, free furniture and an iPad mini 16GB. The campaign runs until May 31.
Luxury Hua Hin homes from SC Asset
SC Asset Corp is introducing two residential projects, the Boulevard Tuscany Cha Am-Hua Hin and the Crest Santora Hua Hin, from April 5-15.Worth Bt4 billion combined, the projects form part of the developer’s plan to launch seven residential projects worth Bt10 billion this year.The resort-style Boulevard Tuscany Cha Am-Hua Hin comprises 193 detached houses costing between Bt6 million and Bt40 million per unit.The Crest Santora Hua Hin is a four-storey condominium comprising 171 units in 10 buildings.Prices start at Bt30 million.
