Casa Ville offers discounts this month

Casa Ville Co has launched a special promotional campaign, More Happiness, offering discounts of up to Bt20,000 and free hybrid kitchens for home-buyers who purchase residences at the Casa Ville Ramindra-Ring Road project until February 29.

The project offers single detached houses on plots from 54 to 180 square wah. The houses, with utilisation space of between 140 and 250 square metres, start at Bt4.39 million per unit.

Supalai project in Chiang Mai sells out

Supalai has sold out all units worth Bt500 million of the Btat Supalai Garden Ville Airport Chiang Mai, indicating the strong demand for single detached houses in the city.

This is the firm's second single-detached house project in Chiang Mai. Its first in the city sold out last year.

The company plans to launch a new project in Chiang Mai in the third quarter of this year, director Tritecha Tanamatitham said.

L&H condo project nearly sold out

Land & Houses Plc has sold and transferred to its customers all but two units at its The Key Phahonyothin condominium project. The project's units are worth a combined Bt1.5 billion.

The project is a low-rise condominium comprising four eight-storey buildings with a combined 505 units starting at Bt1.99 million per unit. It is located on Phahonyothin Soi 34.

LPN project taking bookings

LPN Development has launched a second condominium project, Lumpini Ville Sukhumvit 109-Baring, this month at a starting price of Bt988,000 per unit.

The low-rise condominium project - limited to eight storeys - features units with floor space of 22.5 square metres. The project is accepting bookings.
