Green screen facility planned
Thailand’s demand for state-of-the-art digital green-screen studio production facilities is to be met with the announcement of Worldwide IPTV’s planned development of a full-service facility that will cater to audio, television and online programming and for Hollywood and Bollywood movies.
Richard Williams, managing director of Worldwide IPTV, said the continuing growth in demand for high-quality state-of-the-art digital and green-screen facilities in Bangkok had seen the company rapidly outgrow its current facilities. The introduction of more digital TV channels in Thailand together with the increase in the use of Internet-protocol TV are just two factors driving demand.
Williams announced that Worldwide IPTV had selected MBMG Capital Partners to help it raise capital for the next stage of growth, a world-class green-screen production facility in Bangkok. MBMG Capital Partners, which has been consulting with Worldwide IPTV (Asia) for several months, will seek appropriate investors to fund the new facilities and become shareholders in the newly structured business.
