Auto demand to rise in March
Toyota Motor Thailand expects automotive demand to continue rising in March as consumer confidence was the highest in 19 months in February.
Moreover, demand under the first-car buyer scheme is driving sale while the motor show late March will boost the sentiment.
According to the data compiled by TMT, vehicle sale in February expanded 42.3 per cent on year to 129,910 units. Of total, passenger cars accounted for 63,452 units, up 92.1 per cent.
