Fragrant Group has introduced the Bt1.5-billion Circle Sukhumvit 31 condominium, with prices from Bt6.3 million per unit.

Circle Sukhumvit 31 is a 30-storey project in one building. There are 139 units on a plot of land slightly over 1 rai (0.16 hectare). 
It encompasses one-, two- and three-bedroom unit types, and penthouse units. 
The first presale phase is set for March 29, with prices from Bt137,000 per square metre. 
The rooms have been designed in such a way that the kitchen can be closed up when not in use. Residents can also adjust the shelving, storage and television placement to their liking. 
Closets can be used as wall partitions, while the living-room set can be folded into a spare bed. Even the dining table can also be folded up and put away. 
Supalai launches latest Loft project 
Supalai has launched the Bt1.13-billion Supalai Loft Chaeng Wattana condominium, with units available from about Bt1.3 million apiece.
The project, located on Chaeng Wattana Road, will be close to two planned mass-transit routes: the MRT Purple Line and Pink Line. 
The project comprises 435 units in a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom types, with usable space of between 33.5 and 73 square metres. 
Construction will commence in the middle of the year, and is scheduled for completion in 2016. 
Pruksa town-homes on Bang Na-Trat
Pruksa Real Estate has introduced its latest town-home project, the Pruksa Town Next Loft, on Bang Na-Trat Km 5 at a starting price of Bt2.09 million per unit.
The project has 239 units, each with usable space of between 103 and 116 square metres on plots of 17-18.9 square wah (68-75 square metres). 
Each home is designed in modern loft style and contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen.
Mixed housing from MK Real Estate
MK Real Estate has announced its new twin-house and detached-housing project, the Chuan Chuen Rama 7-Sirinthorn, which is worth Bt312 million and offers homes costing from Bt4.2 million.
The project has only 74 units, with the twin-houses occupying 36 square wah and the detached houses, 75 square wah.
The twin-houses and detached homes have 144 square metres and 155 square meters of usable space, respectively. 
The project is located about 2.7 kilometres from Bang Bam Ru station on the Red Line mass-transit route.
