Shopping complexes and private organisations are preparing to thrill children on the national Children's Day, falling on January 11.

Paradise Park is hosting the Cartoon Festival during January 8-12, with a carnival of imported characters including Bumblebee, a 2-metre-tall character made of balloons, and a number of stage shows.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand will host the Children's Day celebration on January 11. At the SET's Hall, from 9am to 2pm, children can learn about saving and five dream careers through work simulation.
At Kasikornbank, the party will be hosted under the concept “More Smiles for Thai Children”, where kids aged between 5-10 years old can enjoy role playing as their dream careers. It will be hosted at four branches - Phaholyothin in Bangkok, Tha Phae in Chiang Mai, Thanon Phetkasem in Hat Yai, and Thanon Mittraphap in  Nakhon Ratchasima.
