Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat Wednesday declined to comment on the proposal of the Army chief for a House dissolution.

Before leaving his plane at the Chiang Mai military airport, reporters asked him when he knew anything about the proposal of the Army Commander-in-Chief Gen Anupong Paochinda for the prime minister to dissolve the House.

"I don't know. Let me see details first," Somchai said and left the plane, smilingly.
