Blind people protest against two-, three-digit, online lottery

A group of some 50 blind lottery sellers protested outside Government House Monday, demanding the government to cancel its plan to sell two- and three-digit lottery and to launch automatic lottery vending system.

The group was led by Somchai Pan-ekwong.

Using a loudspeaker system, the group took turn to play music and speak in attack of the online lottery sale system and two- and three-digit lottery, saying the special lottery sale would affect the blind who make their living by selling normal lottery tickets.
