Democrat not guilty of leading Better Life to frame Thai Rak Thai
The Constitution Tribunal acquitted the Democrat Party in the charge of it arranged for the leader of Better Life Party to frame the Thai Rak Thai Party for bankrolling the small party.
This was the third of six charges against the party.
